Complete Fit Out – Burlington Arcade 🩳

We delivered the complete fit out of this flagship store within the prestigious Burlington Arcade, incorporating both internal and external works to create a high-quality retail environment.

​

The project included comprehensive mechanical and electrical works, new air conditioning, and a range of bespoke finishes including porcelain and timber flooring, individually designed carpets, wallpaper and specialist painted finishes. Bespoke shop fittings were manufactured by our in-house joinery team at our workshop in York, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout.

The project presented a number of logistical challenges, particularly the restricted working space and the complexities of transporting materials to and from site within the busy Burlington Arcade. Through careful planning and project management, these challenges were successfully overcome.

The completed store was delivered to a high standard, with the Client delighted with the quality of the finished environment.
