This is standard information collected by Google Analytics showing which pages are visited, number of visitors etc. This information will not identify you personally as it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Information collated through our Enquiry Form (name and email address) is directed to our website controller who will pass it to the department most relevant to your enquiry.

Subject Access Requests

Individuals have a right to access any personal data relating to them which is held by Twenty Five. Any individual wishing to exercise this right should apply in writing to the Data Protection Processor, Twenty Five (York) Ltd, Station Yard, Hessay, York YO26 8JS

Under the terms of the legislation, any such requests will be complied with within 30 days of receipt, and we will advise you what information we have and why we hold it, who has access to the information, and let you have a copy of the information held.
