The existing railway arch at 3 Sovereign Place Leeds has been totally refurbished to exacting detail to provide Caple with a high class showroom to display their products, appliances and kitchens.

 

New mechanical and electrical installations took place providing the lighting, heating and cooling with a design based on a New York restaurant that the Client had visited. The internal works featured two gold staircases with oak cladding and steps, a new bespoke designed standalone glass office, handmade oak latted walls, and resin and herringbone flooring. A “live” demonstration kitchen was installed for the Client to undertake cooking exhibitions plus back of house facilities for preparation.  Twenty Five installed over 250 appliances into kitchen displays with solid quartz, marble and granite worktops providing the individually designed kitchens.
