The Twenty Five (York) Ltd team undertook the external renovations to the Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate Tearooms in Ilkley and the adjacent Trespass retail store!

Works include:
- Removal of the glass to the canopy to allow scaffolding to be erected to the front and rear of the building.
- New roofing and associated chimney works and refurbishment and new replacement windows made in our joiners shop. We have still managed to maintain the streetscape by retaining the fabulous hanging baskets!
- Timber treatment to existing roof structure and new rainwater goods with associated leadwork.
- Rake out and mortar pointing.
- Decorations, railings and signage, and new snow board protection.
